Situation:Brookview Financial funded a Fix & Flip loan for the purchase and rehab of a townhome in Washington, D.C. Our borrower modernized and repaired this 1,300 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in need of roughly $21,000 in renovations. The scope of work for this project included updating the kitchen and bathrooms, replacing the flooring and paint throughout, and landscaping the neglected yard to provide useable outdoor living space with a deck.
