We fund exclusively on non-owner-occupied properties and do not broker 203k loans. While Brookview Financial is not a strict hard money lender or hard equity lender, we are also not a conventional lender. We refer to ourselves as a specialty rehab lender offering rehab loan programs and support services specifically designed to match the particular financial situation of each rehab investor. Since we are not a conventional lender, however, we are often affectionately referred to as a hard money rehab lender that makes hard money investor rehab loans.
